Barre integrates fat-burning interval training with muscle-sculpting isometric exercises to create a lean and beautiful body. Utilizing your own body weight, light hand weights, and other simple props, your muscles are targeted to the point of fatigue and then immediately stretched for relief. This non-impact workout targets all muscle groups and improves core strength and posture. The class is conducted in bare feet or grippy socks, no sneakers.
Please bring a mat and water all other equipment will be provided.
