SUMMARY:Pumpkin Ale Beer Release + Nomini Bay Oysters!
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Pumpkin Ale Beer Release + Nomini Bay Oysters at Dirt Farm Brewing!\nNothing makes us more excited than the leaves changing and the crisp air that fall brings. To celebrate\, we are releasing one of our favorite seasonal ales! \nStarting in the fields\, we pick over 200 pounds of neck pumpkins per batch. After harvesting\, we roast the neck pumpkins with brown sugar and add them to our amber ale base. We then add our secret blend of fall spices to the boil to complete the batch. The end result of this labor of love is an authentic pumpkin ale loaded with not so #basic pumpkin spice flavor. \nAnd just when we thought we couldn’t have any more fun\, Nomini Bay Oyster Fest has been added to the mix…and y’all know they are a hoot! Enjoy raw or charbroiled oysters\, with specialty options that pair perfectly with your Dirt Farm beer. An excellent companion to our Pumpkin Ale beer release! See what’s currently on tap\, here! \nWhether you’re coming out from Washington D.C.\, Alexandria\, Arlington\, or Baltimore\, or you’re just cruising over from Round Hill\, Purcellville\, Clarke County\, or Winchester\, we’re always glad to welcome friendly faces here in Bluemont! SUMMARY:Som' Peach Ale Beer Release + Nomini Bay Oysters!
DESCRIPTION:Som’ Peach Ale Beer Release + Nomini Bay Oysters! \nIn the hot\, summer months\, there’s nothing better than biting into a ripe\, juicy peach. However\, we prefer ours brewed and in a pint glass! Join us for our Som’ Peach Ale Beer Release + Nomini Bay Oysters! \nFor our Som’ Peach\, we start with a golden ale base and add over 800 pounds of fresh peaches to secondary fermentation\, which are hand-picked at the peak of their ripeness right across the street at Great Country Farms. With this beer’s fresh aromas and flavors\, you’ll think you’re biting right into a peach. \nSom’ Peach is part of our Homegrown Series\, where all beers in this series utilize fresh ingredients grown on our family farm\, Great Country Farms. See our current tap list\, HERE! \nA terrible frost in the spring took out most of the peach buds this year leaving the trees on our property and Great Country Farms with very few peaches for pickin’. We were able to get our hands on some peaches for our Som’ Peach Ale\, but we’ve also had to supplement these fan-favorite brews with peaches from some of our farming friends in Pennsylvania. This is a general reminder to SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FARMS through all seasons! Meet them where they are and enjoy whatever fresh bounty they currently have available! Farming is a tough job\, but it’s certainly an important one and we are so proud to tend to this land so we can feed our friends and community. \nWe’ll be celebrating this fan-favorite release with beer\, food and just when we thought we couldn’t have any more fun\, Nomini Bay Oyster Fest has been added to the mix…and y’all know they are a hoot! Enjoy raw or charbroiled oysters\, with specialty options that pair perfectly with your Dirt Farm beer. \nKeep it peachy\, y’all! We hope to see ya at our Som’ Peach Ale Beer Release!
