GREETER BEER:
Farm Use Pale Ale
Nice & easy, hints of tangerine come from the German hop Mandarina Bavaria,
inspired by our ancestral roots. ABV 4.1
FIRST COURSE:
Scallop Sashimi w/ Wasabi Avocado Mousse, Ponzu, Baby Lettuces, Ginger Relish
Paired with Som’ Peach Ale
Hundreds of pounds of fresh peaches going in every batch make this a refreshing seasonal. ABV 5.4
SECOND COURSE:
Fried Green Tomato w/ Candied Bacon Jam, 6 Minute Egg
Paired with Pumpkin Ale
Brewed with roasted neck pumpkins grown on the farm. Mildly spiced to keep it a nice smooth fall favorite. ABV 5.1
THIRD COURSE:
12 Hour Beef Short Rib w/ Bone Marrow Whipped Cauliflower, Confit Carrots & Baby Onions
Paired with Milk Stout Irish Stout
A dark yet refreshingly easy-drinking dry Irish stout made with roasted barley, black and chocolate malts. ABV 6.9
FOURTH COURSE:
Pumpkin Bar w/ Fall Essence, Caramel, Goat Cheese Icing
Paired with Bourbon Barrel Barleywine Ale
This big beer brewed ages for ten months in bourbon barrels. The result, a strong yet refreshingly smooth blend of sweet caramel, oak, and bourbon flavors. ABV 13
