We are honored to have won a silver medal in the 2021 Virginia Craft Beer Cup for our Fluster Cluck! As you may know, this one-off beer only comes around once a year, and here’s why…
Each year at Great Country Farms, after CSA and U-Pick have come to an end, we get dibs on the pickin’ to create our annual Fluster Cluck. Not letting anything go to waste, all fruit goes into freezer storage to preserve the natural sugars for brewing. Varying year to year based on harvest, the gleaning project results in this annual springtime favorite. It’s one-off, one-of-a-kind, and 100% estate grown fruit…a true Fluster Cluck!
Although we don’t have this beer on tap (see ya in 2022, Fluster Cluck!) we do still have some ‘Fluster Cluck’ tee shirts available for purchase in the taproom!
