Come join up with Althouse Pottery for a Glaze-Your-Own Raku Bowl Firing!
We’ve teamed up with Althouse Pottery once again for their Glaze-Your-Own Spring Raku Bowl Firing!
Grab some friends, family, neighbors or co-workers and come have a great time in the countryside. You will glaze a bowl, watch it go through the firing process and take it home the same day – all in about two hours!
No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome! Not feeling super artistic? Don’t worry, they have tape and stickers to help make your bowl look professional!

Don’t forget to grab a bite and a beer while you are waiting for your bowl to fire! This is going to be such a fun spring weekend on the mountain!
NEW this year, there will be a la carte handmade spring pieces that will be available to purchase and glaze at the firings! There are limited spaces in our new 3rd kiln each hour for these items so they will be first come first serve. A set number of items will become available for purchase 15 minutes prior to every hour. You will NOT be able to preregister for these items.
