Settle in for a cozy, festive filled evening as we celebrate the rich flavors of the season with an intimate four-course Winter Table Beer Dinner featuring local produce from Great Country Farms. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the depth and character of our house-brewed craft beers, with a 4oz pairing poured to complement every bite.
Your evening begins with a velvety Parsnip Soup, layered with cashew cream, toasted sesame, and delicate micro greens – a soft, winter-warming opener that pairs beautifully with a bright, aromatic beer.
Next, enjoy a vibrant Roasted Beet Salad accented with orange, tarragon, chive, and a Greek yogurt dressing. Earthy meets citrusy in this refreshing mid-winter course, balanced by a crisp, clean beer pairing.
For the main course, savor a luxurious Duck Confit served over chive potato purée with haricots verts and a jewel-toned pomegranate au jus. This rich, slow-cooked centerpiece is matched with a beer chosen to elevate its savory depth and seasonal brightness.
Finish the night on a decadent note with our Sticky Toffee Pudding – English spiced cake drenched in toffee sauce and topped with vanilla custard – paired with a warming, dessert-ready craft pour.
