Meet The Brewer Behind Dirt Farm Brewing
VA Foodie had the opportunity to interview our head brewer, Wes Schoeb, to get a glimpse into his journey becoming the head brewer at a Farm Brewery located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Wes answers many questions about the importance of farm to table (or glass!) businesses in our area and he even throws out a couple of his favorite farm focused establishments!
